1. Service "As-Is" Disclaimer

IMCHAT is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we use End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) to secure your data, we do not guarantee that the service will always be 100% error-free, uninterrupted, or completely free from unauthorized access caused by sophisticated external threats.

2. User Responsibility Disclaimer

Interaction:

IMCHAT is a platform for communication. Due to End-to-End Encryption, we do not pre-screen or monitor private voice chats. Therefore, IMCHAT is not responsible for the behavior, speech, or conduct of any user.

Personal Safety:

Users are strongly advised never to share personal information, including home addresses, bank details, passwords, or sensitive identification data with strangers in voice rooms or private chats.

3. Voice Chat Safety Guidelines

Block & Report: Use the in-app "Block" feature if another user is being disrespectful.
Report Abuse: Report illegal activity or harassment via email at imchatshopot@gmail.com.
Moderation: Room creators are responsible for moderating their own public voice spaces.

4. External Links Disclaimer

The app may contain links to third-party websites (for example, links shared in a user’s bio). IMCHAT does not investigate or monitor these external links for safety, legality, or accuracy. Clicking on any external link is done at your own risk.

App Store Compliance Checklist

Privacy Policy URL: Ensure your published Privacy Policy page is live.

Support Email: imchatshopot@gmail.com must remain active for user queries.

Data Safety Declaration: Declare Encryption in Transit and provide Data Deletion details in the Google Play Console Data Safety section.
